Help ... Twitter Account Wrongly Suspended

Hi Warriors,

When I asked twitter why my account http://twitter.com/ronakshah has been suspended, they replied that it is due to impersonation.

Now there are a lot of Ronak Shah's in this universe & I am not the only one.

The advantage I had over other Ronak Shah's is that I created this account in November 2007 when many people just didn't know much about twitter.

Probably, my second last tweet on April 22 before they suspended my twitter account was exactly the reason why they suspended my account.

Here it is:

It's quite shameful that this happens. So what if @narendramodi become the prime minister of India, he does not have a super clean record behind his back.

The question is whether this was a fair enough move by twitter to suspend my account.

They said I have to send them a notarized signed affidavit stating that I am the person being impersonated. Crazzy stuff!

    Can you add your middle name or use a variation of your first name such as a nickname on your next Twitter account? Also as others might suggest, you need to support the fact you are really this person by faxing or mailing documents to Twitter in support of your identity.

    Submit a complain to twitter support. I once got suspended also but I proved them wrong so my account is now back to normal. If you didn't do anything wrong, you will have back your account.

    The way these twitter guys are actually behaving is just very obnoxious to say the least.
