How to make by facebook business page more social?

I want to encourage fans to comment and communicate with each other on my business page, but it's really pathetic that their comments only show in one little section and their photos don't even show (only as attachments).

Are there any apps that would facilitate this? Maybe a group would have been better? Thanks.

    Go with the group idea as it encourages more conversation rather than the page. You would want to link your group to your page and constantly refer your group members back to the page to check things out. Though it's ideal to get comments on the Facebook page, this might not happen often enough to your satisfaction depending on the niche you are in. And, it will vary for every niche, but a group might be the best option if you are really looking to talk with them.
