Social Media Factors! ( need suggestion from experts )

Hello warriors,

I am expecting a brief discussion and suggestion about social media strategies for marketing.

We all know social media plays a vital role in Internet Marketing. But nowadays Facebook becomes a great place for Spammers. It is very hard to find any group ( specially on money making, health etc ) without lots of spamming posts. Also most of the people who are interested in this niche are actually marketer and most of them are fake. So how can we use facebook more effectively for marketing ( without spamming ).

Also for other social media sites like Twitter, Linkedin, Pinterest I would like to know that which is suitable for marketing which niche? Like I heard Pinterest is good for health and beauty related niche. So how can we use this sites to market our product and most importantly to collect more targeted leads.

With my experience on Instagram and Pinterest, aside from Health and Beauty, the best niche for marketing is Entertainment, Gadgets and FOOD!

Share interesting things on your facebook page, original and quality content and real people will get to you with no need to search them between spammers. This applies for all the social media sites.

Great discussion. I think its depend on from whom you are taking your SMM services and how he works. In some cases it works great if you have if from fb.com/ads. Fake likes never work for me. It sucks!! 1 real like is far far better then 100k fake likes . Pinterest is good to bring traffic on fashion, lifestyle and orther beauty related products. Most of the user in Pinterest is female. And they are real buyer. No idea about IG. Hope that helps.

Don't do a Facebook Group. Like you said, they are overrun with spammers. Create a Page. Use large images...don't just let Facebook generate your post for you. Write a blurb about it yourself, find a large image that relates to it, download it, brand it with you URL if desired, paste in the link to your content, and then post it.

Do it again and again in regular intervals daily. Find followers by Liking similar Pages and making relevant comments daily to those Pages' posts. Ask similar Pages to do a Share For Share. Where you share one of their posts in exchange, they share one of yours.

Interact with and engage your Followers. Perhaps down the road, a Group might be feasible...however with Pages, you can add additional Editors and have a number of Contributors. This way, you avoid the spam, you build your following organically, you build it yourself, and you have a solid platform when you're done that will eventually take care of itself.

It's sounds like a lot of work, but you should be able to churn out a few posts throughout the day in less than 15 minutes total.

Thanks for your suggestion. Beside Facebook which social media are you suggesting that can be a good platform to promote affiliate offers?

Good question. It's not really about which platform is the best...it's about how you do it. People don't go on Social Media to see your affiliate offers. You are competing with their friends, other businesses, and other people with affiliate offers.

The question isn't which platform is best, but how good of a marketer are you? You can't just toss people offers and expect them to be like, "Oh, thank you for that $297 self-help weight loss system." If you could, EVERYONE would be doing it.

The purpose of Social Media serves to us as marketers is to act as a giant funnel that sends traffic to a website, blog, landing page, squeeze page, etc. If you spin it right, you can get a TON of traffic this way. Share relevant content, build a following, do giveaways, establish trust and change your business for the better.

30% of my traffic comes from Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Reddit.

All traffic is good, some are better than others, they are all pointless without followers and fans. That is what produces, just go after ones that will generate most. Remember, all followers and fans are leads, they can all see your posts. Groups do ok only 100% targeted on facebook. The key is to autopost and have some fans care about what you offer.

You should be talking with people on social media, not making sales pitches. Think of it more as a soft sell if you must.
