Get my shared?

I have a fitness report that I'm writing that I will be giving away. Since it's a free report I don't think I can afford paid traffic so I need a free form of distribution. I'm thinking if I can get people on Facebook to share my report that may be a good form of distribution. Does anyone have some advice on a good way to get people to share my report? Thank you.

Assuming you already have a Facebook page, you could offer an additional free report to anyone who takes time to share your report on their own feed with friends. The person would need to private message you via your page though. This idea won't cost you anything and might get more shares for you.
