Help Requested: Custom Audiences

Due to the many recent updates by Facebook, I'm in a bit of a pickle. All of the tools that I was using previously to generate custom audiences have now stopped working. Is there any warrior willing to provide a tool or resource that I can use in order to keep making new custom audiences for my Facebook advertising.

If the methods have changed and I must absolutely switch up my strategy I can do that, but I'm looking for something that is quick and does not require a large time investment such as building a targeted Fan Page and only running ads to that Fan Page.

    What tools did you use? Try Xtractor.me; it's a Chrome extension and works well to scrape user ids.

    We just try to do it the old-fashion way. We have contact forms up on our pages so people can subscribe to us.
