What's the best way to target FB Ads to Business Owners?

Hi,
I am wanting to target small offline business owners with my special offer using FB Advertising.

What and how is the best method to:
(1) find the business owners
(2) target my Ads to them.?

    Is it a particular type of business?

    If it is, you could target business associations related to that industry in the 'interests' section.
    For general business owners, their might be a 'self employed' selection available in the 'occupation' category when demo targeting in FB.

    Not sure Facebook is the best channel for B2B advertising. Twitter may be a better option.

    From my point of view fb ad will not give you leads.
    Better fb groups can give more audience.
