Youtube videos thumbnails

I have just started including Youtube videos on my Wordpress blog. When I put the link on my Facebook page from my blog page, it isn't showing the thumbnail of the video.

If I were to have a plugin that automatically posts new posts to Facebook, would this take care of it, or should I format my page differently? Here is a page that wouldn't post the thumbnail. Game Show Contestant Loses $800,000.00

Also if a plugin is the answer, which one is best?

    It really happen sometimes, try refreshing your facebook page and post the link again. If the thumbnail still won't show.

    Just upload an image for your post. Printscreen is a way to do that.

    I've had FB thumbnail problems too. As was suggested, including an image in your WP blog post can solve that problem.

      As shown on my blog page, the video and a description is there, but Facebook won't post the image of the video. If I just put a thumbnail on the Facebook page, they will click that and it doesn't redirect to my blog page unfortunately.
