Google Plus adding and following limits

Hi..

Can anybody tell me what are the adding limits and following limits for Google personal and pages profiles??


For example... if I want to add people from my gmail contacts it only lets me do like 5 people at the time..... same goes if I want to follow people from my page, it only lets me do a few and then tells me to follow more later..... WTF?

    Normally you can follow around 20 people a day without any triggers or so. They used to be a whole lot more, but they changed it because it's somewhat spamming.

    I usually do around 10-20 follows per day. I haven't been flagged or anything since before so I think it works.
