Social Media Plugin for Wordpress

Can anyone suggest a wordpress plugin that will automatically post to social media accounts , whenever new content is uploaded to site?

    Jetpack has some cool features. I started trying Jetpack late last year. True is, I had always been skeptical of Jetpack for a while then I thought it really worked with WordPress.com blogs (it’s called Jetpack by WordPress.com). After installing, I noticed a feature called Publicize and decided to give it a shot.

    MicroblogPoster helps you post whatever you share on Social media sites. SNAP also works good as far as WP plugins are concerned.

      I use next scripts social auto-poster also. Its good. Although it can be a bit complicated getting setup, but has some good step-by-step guides to help.

    I use coschedule, it's $10 a month and you can write out the posts or let them go out automatically. NextScript has a free autoposter as well.

    Jetpack built in.

    I use next scripts pro version to publish on multiple accounts.
    for example I can publish to two twitter accounts and two Facebook accounts for more leverage.
