Can I track what fans click on my page?

Can anyone help me with this?

In order to increase the organic reach of my page posts I have been requesting that my fans check "Get Notifications" from my page. Is there any way to see how many of my fans have chosen to get notifications from my page?

Hopefully this makes sense and hopefully one of you can answer my question.

    You can't track which people have selected to get notifications. You can only track your organic reach and maybe actions they take after clicking. What type of page do you have?

        For brands and products, getting feedback from your fans directly is often the best way to get growth for the future. Ask a lot of questions and see what people say. Often a fan will point out something simple to do that you never thought of which can make a huge difference for getting more likes, reach, and sales.
