Any quick trick to increase Google+ followers?

The best way to get followers is to connect your Google+ profile to your brand website/blog. Moreover you can connect your other social profiles like Twitter and Facebook profiles to your Google+ account, try asking your followers on other social profiles to follow your brand on Google+.

Another Working Tip:
1) Find some google plus communities related to different categories such as jokes and quotes.
2) Search some pictures containing jokes and quotes from Google (Search Engine)
3) Upload those pics in different groups and you'll start getting +1s like hell and if people like your shares they'll follow you (I have personally tried this).

Note: This tips works if you share pictures in big communities.

1. Attend events in your niche. Add your commentary and ask questions during a Google Hangout. If you add value to an event standing out of the crowd you attract attention and followers positioning yourself as an expert.

2. Build relations with influencers in your niche, get them to circle you, then make Google Plus posts writing about their events, articles, videos or whatever you like adding your own spin on it. Mention them in your posts. They'll get notifications and check out your what you're saying about them and their content. They'll appreciate your work and return the favor sharing these posts to their audiences. Who doesn't want an excellent review? Attach large inspiring images to those posts and lots of their followers will plus, comment, re-share your stuff and add you to their circles.

3. Try to become a guest on a Google Hangout hosted by a popular expert in your niche.

4. Make insightful comments on viral posts.

5. Find the most commented post by your competitor. Create or curate an alternative piece of content on the same subject and publish it on your blog. Be sure it delivers a lot more value. Then go back to your competitor's Google plus post, look for people who commented on it. Write a Google Plus post inviting all these people to check out your content as it's relevant to what they've recently enjoyed. Just mention their names and they'll be notified. Don't forget to include a gorgeous pic to your invitation post.

You can try but it may not work that good.

It's hinges on your niche, really. I'm working with a very small niche and there's only 2 communities. Same businesses on Twitter and Facebook, so that really gets me nowhere. If you have a rather broad niche, however, I suggest you join many communities. Reply to posts. Post. Join hangouts.

Google+ isn't all that it says it is for all niches.

I have found that networking on YouTube has great potential to increase followers on Google+

I would suggest commenting on videos related to your niche, with a signature leading back to your Google+ profile.

This way, you will get a lot of targeted views to your profile that are interested in what you have to offer.

You can follow up to 50 G+ people or pages per day, and some of them will follow you back. So you have the opportunity to target your audience...

Just type in your market and search for people related to that market and follow them. Most people in G+ follow back. Also go to communities, post articles over there and you'll get a good amount of read.

Create community and invite people who are in same business like you or other who are interested in this. you have to post regularly and unique things.
