    it works if your consistent at, and yes target market can be done inside of the Facebook graph to get specific inside of the social. It's all about the proper training.

    It largely depends on your niche. If it is a more professional blog that you can market it using LinkedIn, but if it is more entertaining you can use Facebook. Social media is very useful with blogging, due to the ability to share. You just have to make sure your content is captivating enough!

    Concentrate and killer content that people get value from and do some sharing of your own over everywhere you've been given suggestions to in this thread.

    Over time (because a blog is a long-term asset) your calls to action given by your social sharing plugin will take care of the rest for you.

    You might want to join socialadr too that helps get your stuff shared...

      Yes, of course it works... but you have to be really targeted in your approach. Of all the social networks I would try LinkedIn, that's where most of the BUYERS are.

    Yes...social networks effectively works in internet marketing. Give your blog links with description on social networks. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Nearbyfeeds, and google+ are good social networks.

    I know what you mean by social market your bog - to get viable traffic using social media networking sites. But you need to build your profile accounts first on these social media sites otherwise you'll get less traffic at all otherwise you'll opt for a paid ads like FB Ads or Adsense.
