Your social media sharing widget can make or break your digital marketing business conversions

How many people and websites have you seen that offer to help with social media that clearly cannot help themselves?

I just clicked on a banner ad offering YouTube views because I like to see how people are setting up their websites. The website had a nice simple layout but their social sharing widget had one or two total engagements. Wouldn't you think if you were selling Facebook likes you would do your own page first?

In 2012, I started my business by selling Facebook likes first with fiverr and then using Facebook ads (I retired this business model at the end of 2013). I was successful because somehow I understood the importance of doing my own accounts first. I built my first page to 100,000 likes, my second page to 600,000 and my current page is nearly 800,000 likes. People always told me the only reason they ordered was because they saw I could actually do for myself what I was willing to do for them.

My question is why do so many people across the board that are social media specialists and digital marketing experts not promote their own page first?

I hope this post has been useful for you to see the importance of showing you can do for yourself what you offer to do for others!
