How to Target Small Business's Using FB Ad's

Hello Fellow Warrior's,

I'm having difficulty targeting small business's using FB ads. This would include but not limited to Mom and Pop shops (Bakeries, Restaurants, Clothing Stores) etc. I offer an online review improvement program and they would be my ideal demo's.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
Matt

Targeting small businesses is a NIGHTMARE with Facebook ads. The competition is absurd and most of the ways that work really well will put your account at risk depending on your niche. The engagement is usually terrible because people matching small business targeting get bombarded with ads. On top of that you have to deal with huge competition from retargeting platforms like AdRoll.

The only effective way to get in touch with small businesses on Facebook is through direct messaging their pages or connecting with them in groups. This works REALLY GOOD but just don't send too many messages at once or share your URL before they respond unless you want to risk getting your account locked and banned.

Hey Jerry, what would make the targeting put an account at risk?
I get the competition level, but why risky?

    Thx for the input!
