How Can I Send an individual message to everyone of my followers on Twitter

I have over 11,000 followers on one of my accounts on Twitter. I have a political blog and every time I write an article, I tweet it a few times.

Recently, I've been sending a tweet to about 60 of my followers (individually) and I usually get between 60 to 70% CTR clicking on my link. I was thinking how awesome it would be to send an individual tweet to all of my 11,000 plus followers, inviting them to click on the link within my tweet to my newest article that I had written.

Is there a way where I can automatically send a tweet out individually to all of my followers? It takes a lot of time just to send my tweet out to 60 of my followers let alone all of them.

Also - I'm not talking about DM (Direct Message) - I'm talking about individual tweets.

    You have to use @ message for this which you only can do so many times per day without getting an account suspension. I have had success doing this by just doing a few of the people that have interacted with me each day. 50 messages per day will add up quickly if you spend a little time figuring out who might be the best person to message.
