Facebook Custom Audience Uploading Problems

Hi there,

i hope so that anyone can help me with this issue on Facebooks Power Editor

I've created a file with facebook uid's to use it as "custom audience" but the upload doesn't work. This is what i've already tried:

-Upload it as csv via Power Editor on Chrome
-Upload it as txt via Power Editor on Chrome
-Tried it on firefox with "Manage Ads"-function and then on the left menu i chose "custom audience" and tried to upload the file (both csv and txt)
-Reduced the Facebook UID's in the file from 5000 to 50 (because i thought 'maybe facebook has problems with the amount of UID's)
- started my computer again and cleared browser cache

I get always the same result:
after i click on create audience a pop up with a loading circle appears and nothing happens for HOURS.

What can i do?

    Make sure that you review duplicates on Excel first before uploading. To do so in the "Home" tab pre "Conditional Formatting" then "Highlight Cell Rules" then "Review Duplicates" and then you can remove Duplicates that are highlighted in colour red (Default)
    This used to be my problem but now it is solved. Good luck!
