Facebook slapped me for the 3 time

Facebook has become totally unpredictable when it comes to ads. Even if you follow the guidelines you never know how it will work out. They can suspend or shut you down for whatever reason.

It depends on the person and on their mood it seems.

Links in my notes that were accepted yesterday are rejected today. It drives me nuts.

The way things are evolving now it will probably only get worse. I'm still with Facebook but am exploring the other social media possibilities as well.

To save yourself a lot of frustration you might consider doing the same.

It's just an automated response. Since you have already submitted the proper documentation for your account you should be able to get this resolved more quickly. Though if you can find an actual customer service number to call with Facebook, that might get this issue dealt with more easily.

I am experiencing the same thing. I sent them all documents they requested for and haven't heard back from them so far. Its been 3 weeks

Another case of a Big Corp whacking the little guy over the head needlessly, with no recourse available except for what channel is provided by those who are in power at the moment. Jump through their requisite hoops and gain their approval, at least until the next time. Sad, but true.

It happens to me a lot of times. And i've discovered they are very keen to images and the content value of your submitted ads. What i did is made multiple submission on different accounts and what's went through and passed is what i'll continue.

Op You need create new ads account .The old one is suspended cuz ads does not comply facebook TOS.My advice is create new ads account with dummy ads .

just open a new account, you can do ads for the url or fb page you target with other accounts. no hassel.

I think it's time to try media buys. Less likely of getting banned as compared to fb and other mainstream paid ads

Has anyone actually gotten hold of a number to call in such cases? Submitting to their contact forms usually just gets a scripted response by a different person each time who know nothing about why the account was banned in the first place.
