Why isn't Facebook showing correct amount of conversions?

I setup a Facebook campaign to my Shopify store and received seven orders from this particular campaign, i have installed the Facebook conversion pixel and everything, but Facebook is only showing three conversions for this campaign when it should be seven.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Also I can't seem to find a way of contacting Facebook support anywhere! does anyone have the link to contact Facebook support?

    If you have organic traffic coming from a post, the conversion pixel won't fire when the conversions are from that traffic. If you're getting a lot of likes and shares on an ad, you'll end up getting a lot of conversions that won't show up as being attributed to one of the ads.
