Question about likes and countries to advertise with FB

Hi Everyone, i'm new to the site and really enjoying reading the threads and comments, there are some fantastic items to help anyway my question !

I'm currently advertising with Facebook for the second time as they stopped my first advert after i got 8000 likes for just £80 pretty good but because i had the word Adult and XXX in my group name (it was a funny jokes and pics site of your wondering) they said i was advertising an adult service haha

My new adds are now targeting for my other page again another pics and jokes page but they are the following
1. USA, UK, CANADA, AUSTRALIA and i am getting about £0.10 per like
my other
2. INDIA, PHILIPPINES, THAILAND and i'm getting £0.01 per like and getting a lot

Is is wise to advertise in countries like Thailand etc to get the likes up and the shares going or is it not worth my while ?
also i have heard that only advertising for impressions is even better is this so

any advise would be great and help me a lot as i am trying to get both sites to get likes the first one is a little harder now i can't advertise but it is going up by about 10-15 like a day

    Depends on your budget I guess. The extra likes from cheaper countries may help with social influence but you'll have a hard time monetizing those countries.

    Optimized cpm can work well but not many get much out of cpm ads. Split test cpc and optimized cpm first.

    Thanks for the reply, i want social influence to help increase my likes incase Facebook stop this advert for what ever reason
    i don't want fake likes but would love to know if there was another place that advertised your facebook pages for a cheap as i'm getting them from facebook them selfs

    Sounds like you have some great advertising so it should work well. I suggest that you try the CPM advertising and see how it goes. A penny a like is going to be the best you will do though. I think it is probably because they are poorer countries, so people may not be the biggest buyers, but sounds like you have a pretty good idea as to what you are doing. You could try advertising for CPM in the former group of countries that you mentioned. That may work well for you.
