Changing Facebook conversion pixel currency

I want to split test an American audience for my store, so i have setup a separate conversion pixel to test, however my Facebook Ad account is set to AUD dollars, so in the pixel's script i see the currency set to AUD by default.

If i change this particular conversion pixel's script to USD currency will this skew my FB stats being that my FB ad account is set to AUD dollars?
