Need Advice for a Facebook Funnel to Generate an Appointment

I currently generate my appointments by sending an approach letter followed by a phone call.

I am trying to figure out the best way to use Facebook to generate an appointment in niches that are difficult to get on the phone like dentist, chiropractors, etc.

I know how to target my audience on the FB platform I just need some advice on how to set up a funnel to generate an appointment. I have an irresistible offer (They Only Pay for Results, but I do get a small deposit upfront so I have a commitment from them and don't get put on the back burner) but it needs to be sold through a phone conversation.

How do I get them to A) Call me to schedule an appointment or
B) Schedule an appointment online using timetrade, an online appointment scheduling software.

Not sure what the funnel should look like, any help is greatly appreciated.

One suggestion that might help is to create a community based Fan Page for your area. Then possible create a viral image regarding that specific niche and a call to action to 1) call 2) submit name and email 3) Like your page and message. Or you can message their page directly from your Fan Page.

That is one suggestion. Outside of putting up a customized video squeeze page for that niche or cold calling that could be somewhat difficult. Or just target that niche (dentist, doctor, etc) and provide your message that way via a video squeeze page.

Another great way would be to offer a survey to that group, at the end of the survey have them call you to setup an appointment or message you directly.

I hope I understood that right and good luck!!

Thanks cherbeat, I have struggled to come up with good ideas for a fan page to make it engaging enough and create enough value without coming across in a way that would turn off these professionals. The viral image is also a challenge because I believe that I need to present my company in a professional manner for these professionals to take me seriously.

I think a customized video squeeze page would work best. Not sure what I need to present to make the idea of setting up an appointment with me irresistible. Maybe mentioning that they would only pay for results could be the hook. I will look into leadpages for creating the video squeeze page and split testing different approaches.

I had read somewhere that FB no longer allowed you to send clicks to video sales letters but maybe a video squeeze page where I am only trying for an opt in and appointment would be approved?

I've been thinking this over and I what I think makes the most sense is to create an irresistible offer that creates massive value for the target audience upfront and give it to them for free. I could give them a FB campaign that will bring clients in the door and show them how to do that in detail.

Then tell them I have something even better to share with them that will increase profits by 30% within 30 days but they need to schedule a call with me and I will offer for them to only pay for results(my irresistible offer) . Then send them to my time trade to schedule an appointment. BOOM!

    What do you guys think?
