Promoting clickbank on YouTube

Has anyone had decent success promoting Clickbank / Aff. products by contacting the owner of the YouTube video and placing your aff link in the description?

Usually you offer the video owner $10 to $25 to have the link placed.

    I have never thought of doing that...but, why wouldn't the video creator just post their own link then and keep 100% of the commission?

    Many people have done this, but more so in the past.

    I could never say I actually did it, but if you did try messaging some of them, it may be worth trying out.

    The reason why it did work in the past ,and maybe even today, is that it is not that easy to understand Clickbank or CPA if you don't even know what this is.

    So, it was profitable because the video creator doesn't always understand the basics of IM. If you want to try to approach them, feel free to do so.
