How many time should I tweets per day?

I have 2 questions:

1. How many time should i tweets per day? i don't want to over tweet, none do i want to be seen as a ghost. Is the any free automated tool to schedule me tweets?

2. is there any free tool to use find questions people are asking on twitter and facebook?

    You would need at least 5 tweets a day, on hours where your target readers can read your posts like between 8-10 pm and 6-8 am. My client however wants me to post every hour because his target markets are asia, europe and US

    I use hootsuite to automate our tweets, you can add photos as well, and it also includes facebook

    on your second question, you can use buzzsumo

    Some companies tweet every hour. How often you tweet will depend on how much new info is available for your site or niche. If you have something important to say, then say it on Twitter and link to it on your site. Let your followers know what is going on. Tweeting just once or twice a day won't get much response as most people are inundated with tweets anyway and anything tweeted at 8 am will be gone within an hour (if not before).

    There is no rule of thumb. Just make it relevant and great. I wouldn't mind receiving tens or hundreds of tweets besides old tweets are buried by new tweets and people like me have limit to digging up the old.

    new Twitter user ===> 3 to 5 tweets per day

    twitter account for yourself ===> 7 to 20 times per day

    business ===> 10 times per day

    You can tweet as little or as much as you like. I actually don't tweet that much on my personal twitter account, (robhuw), however, I tweet all the time for different clients. Some like to tweet all the time, i.e. every hour, some once or twice a day.
    Please remember that people has entrusted you by following you on twitter, don't abuse this trust my spamming.
    Another useful hint is tweet when you have something to tweet about.

    You should tweet 1 hour per day and i suggest you to not use any tool for automatic post.

    Once per hour is the magic formula.

    This increases the chance that your posts with appear your followers news feed.

    Anymore than once per hour requires serious justification about why it isn't spam.

    Tweeting less than once per hour is missing opportunity. Most people have such a crowded news feed, that even at once per hour, you are still playing a game where the odds are against your content being seen.

    The trick is finding quality material to post about.

    This is tough unless you have a dedicated social media specialist.

    But, don't settle for tweeting too little! (see Dead air - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia)

    Here is my favorite (automated) trick that relies on a few Free services to Prevent Tweeting Too Little!

    No social media specialist required!

    If it's for social media marketing = 1 tweet/hour
    If it is for branding = as often as you can with valuable/viral potential information.

    There is no golden rule, but the rule of thumb is ENGAGE!

    5 Tweets per day is sufficient instead of searching any tool you can connect your twiiter account with facebook when you post in facebook then it is automatically tweet in a twitter....thanks

    Individual - If your twitter account individual, 7 to 20 times per day
    For business - more that 10 times per day
    I have no idea such kind of tool. You can search on Google.
