FB ads taking forever to start working...

As you can see in the image above, my ad became active at 9:45pm, but by a little after midnight, it still wasn't producing ANY results and hadn't even "reached" anybody...

And it should have considering I targeted almost a million people...


Also when I checked my ad the next day my payment got disabled because they suspected fraudulent activity or unusual activity on my account or whatever they said... this has happened THREE separate times using THREE separate accounts, does anyone know why? I'm only putting up $5 ads here and there... they permanently banned me from using my real debt card because they suspected fraudulent activity and when I tried to prove it was really me, they didn't believe me.

Starting to wonder if FB ads are really worth all the hassle or not...

    They pay special attention to any advertising related to the IM niche (is that what your doing?). Also you have to read everything in their ad guidelines as they can change it any time. They won't tell you exactly if they don't like it. But you should of got of a message saying kind of why the ad was rejected. What did they say exactly?

    Also check your bids - if they are set too low then you won't get any reach.

      Facebook ads for your niche are not worth the trouble as you have discovered! Solo ads and organic search traffic are ideal for your niche especially on YouTube.

    Facebook ads are great when you do them right

    Only recently I have found that new ads do take longer to go live - since I am on the east coast I often find they take an extra 1-2 hrs to work

    Also whatever they recommend as the max big eg 0.12- 0.21cents - I always set my max bid to way way higher eg 0.43 cents etc this helps to get them live faster in my experience

    You know what it's very hard to troubleshoot if you will only declare the result of the problem... if you are very specific of what you did, maybe we can help you diagnose wit that... but for these handful info, i doubt nobody here can do - may just a prediction..

    Facebook ads hassle free, i suspect your account not match to your funding source details thats the reason.
