How many restrictions we can join groups ? 5 per day ?

How many group post we can do per day ?

How do expedite joining and posting in groups ?

I think 20 groups is cool enough, then within 24 hours check how many group admin approve your request. Let see 8 out of 20 groups request are successfully joined. Then cancel the other 12 request to reset your group request activity.. send another 20 groups use the same process everyday for sure all account will not ban soon..

You can join up to 30 a day but you need to space this out and not join them all at once.

An aged account with good standing could join 100 groups a day, and have up to 3,000 groups. It's safe to have 100 posts a day to those groups if they aren't spammy. Aka, some of the posts are liked, shared by other members.

There is no restriction but you should be specific .. don't join too many groups. One thing is you post lots of posts on different group in a while then may be facebook restrict your profile for posting for few days.

Hi everyone! I believe I have mastered facebook and it's edge rank algorithm.

    Here are the facts:
    1. I do NOT send friend requests, unless prearranged via a message. I let people send them to me. I have been in facebook jail and know how to avoid it. Don't send friend requests. Don't do same activity repeatedly. (Don't like 100 comments in a row for example). Do not tag people repeatedly.
    2. I use Hootsuite to post to multiple groups. What you have to watch for is if you post in MANY groups at once, they come across newsfeed of your friends and people will unfollow you for that.
    3. I practice attraction marketing and would encourage that too.
    4. I went from 300 friends, to over 4,000 friends and 4,000+ followers in matter of 3 months!

    Best wishes.
