Fiverr likes can be one of the hardest things to sell.
I tried that about a year ago. I thought it would be easy and linked up with a few fiverr sellers and went with ebay.

When I did sell them, they dropped like a rock within a few days. Unless it comes from ads, FB does not like RAPID likes. These are from bots and there are never any comments.

I wound up giving tons of refunds

YIKES So do it either through ads or organically like contacting people on individual sites related to yours and ask them if they want to like your page. It might take longer but you might get more comments

As blue mentioned above, Facebook likes that are bought by individuals tend to not last very long.

I experienced this myself with my page I tried to start up a while back, and I ended up losing 18,000/33,000 purchased likes, ouch. It's not worth it, trust me!

Give people a reason for liking your page, ads is a good way to get people to notice your page, but a steady stream of good contents is what make people like a page and continue liking it. So paying to get noticed is good, but paying for people to like your page is a bad idea. Let your friends look at your page and see what they think to make sure it is good before trying to get your page seen by using ads.
