How to Measure Your Facebook Reach

Hello,

I have been googling this for a few hours trying to get the right answer, but it seems like all the results are about the changes to facebook algorithms and how to increase reach. What I am more concerned about is how to measure my current reach/performance.

For instance, my facebook page 6,574 likes.

When I make a post, I am extremely disappointed if I don't get 300 likes, but really I am looking for at least over 500. My last 10 posts look like this(All organic, I have never paid any money to facebook).

1. 311 Likes, 42 shares, 40 Comments (not counting the replies within comments) 7,464 reach.

2. 517 Likes. 131 shares, 39 comments, 13,256 reach.

3. 956 likes, 217 shares, 153 comments, 23,320 reach.

4. 535 likes, 97 shares, 58 comments, 11,360 reach.

5. 711 likes, 188 shares, 60 comments, 27,072 reach.

6. 888 likes, 266 shares, 72 comments, 30,366 reach.

7. 520 likes, 103 shares, 41 comments, 15,960 reach.

8. 648 likes, 171 shares, 56 comments, 18,168 reach.

9. 382 likes, 51 shares, 32 comments, 10,752 reach.

10. 551 likes, 87 shares, 33 comments, 15,352 reach.

I am asking because I am trying plan my future strategy, as well as starting something new and trying to make sure I don't screw up. I would like to be able to measure my performance, and know if the amount of reach and interaction I have is good or if I need to improve.
