Problem with Facebook campaign

I am just getting started with affiliate marketing. I have done a fair amount of research on the subject and chose an affiliate network and tracking software to work with. I set up my first campaign on Facebook and I was getting clicks but none of these clicks registered on my tracking software or on the affiliate network. However, when i sent the exact same link that I used for my campaign to a friend, it showed up in my tracking software and affiliate network when he clicked it. Does anyone know why this is happening? Thanks.

    It is not normal for your ad clicks to not show up in your tracking software. Something is not set up right and you must fix it before you pay for more clicks that likely aren't reaching your webpage.

    Open up the ad in your Facebook Ads Manager, go to the ad, click Edit, click Preview Ad, click View on Right Side. This lets you see the ad as it appears to others on the normal Facebook website. You can click it yourself to make sure it links to the correct URL and that this click appears in your tracking software. If it does not, then go back to editing the ad and fix whatever the problem is with the URL.

    Ahhh, I didn't realize I could click it from the preview to see where it actually went. Seems like the link is broken so I will work on that. Thanks!
