No Impressions for facebook-campaign with E-MAIL customaudience

Hi there, could one of you experts tell me why scraped email-adresses from groups/competitor-pages can be uploaded as custom audience at facebook but the campaign doesnt get any impressions after it was accepted?

I scraped the UIDs with Social Lead Freak and converted it again with SLF to emails.

Upload is fine, ad is accepted -> but no impressions.

I dont get it ... :-(

    Hi,
    What is your target interest? This maybe because you have set a low(too low for target) bid amount. Try increasing your bid?

      Hi the targetgroup consists of 5.000 users. facebook tell me to make the bid between 20cents and 1,56€ and I even chose 2 euro ... but after I got 9 impressions and 0 outcome. whats happening there?
