Question to all Facebook Ads Manager expert..

I have having issue with Facebook Ads Manager.

When I log into my FB Ads Manager, and try to choose category like Income, Home or Parents under 'More Demographics', there is no further drop-down list for me to choose any value. (Please refer to screen shot below)

For example, I click on 'Choose moms' and there is suppose to have a drop-down list but as you can see from the screen shot, there is no drop-down list shown. Can anyone advice whether this is a bug at FaceBook Ads Manager or it's just happening to me?

Also, when I click on 'Behaviours' , there are only 4 type of category available for me to choose. I try to scroll down but there is nothing else. It look like I am missing a few other categories. (Please refer to screen shot below)

Is this only happening to me or just FB Ads Manager bug?

I tried on all browsers like Safari, Chrome, FireFox and IE. All had the same issue. Can anyone advice what I can do to fix this?
