Here's a good idea for Freelancer management

Here's the idea, start a Certification program for IM Coaches. To be a certified IM/MMO Coach they'd have to pay you like $1995 or something and meet qualifications like:
Professional Certified Coach (PCC) - Individual Credentialing - ICF
Then we could hire coaches with confidence.
I know the "Warrior since 2014" folks who want to start giving expensive seminars won't like my idea. . .
