Spam button.

Add a button next to report, that all it does in terms of functionality, is a shortcut to the existing report post button and fills in "spam" in the description, then we get a confirmation box that says "are you sure want to report this as spam?" maybe with a link to an explanation as to what is considered spam, for moderators.

      I think you need to have a look at the forum at weekends
      before making statements like that.
      At this moment half the main forum is full with the same spam
      and has been for well over an hour and a half.
