When an OP is Banned, Close the Thread...

...as a matter of the banning routine. Else we get threads like this where the congratulations and "how did you do it" parade continues long after the OP cannot answer. Generally speaking, those other answers don't add any value to the forum.

    And ban any other accounts a user may have.
    The mods knew yesterday about the duplicate account.
    Why on earth didn't they ban both?
