No Tech Support for This Forum?
But there is a serious problem that I need to bring up - there is no support for technical issues here for the most part.
A month ago I reported a newly broken feature: http://www.warriorforum.com/suggesti...ns-broken.html
There was no response from mods or admin. So, I decided to open a support ticket through WF support.
I reported the problem and they said they would send it to engineering to take a look.
A couple days later I received an automated response that said they were going to close the ticket since they hadn't heard back from me after the initial report. I replied that nothing was fixed and that I was waiting to hear what the result was. They responded saying they are waiting on engineering and they would update me when they knew anything new.
Then a couple days later I get another automated email saying they were going to close the ticket since they hadn't heard from me. I ignored it because I was waiting on the promised update.
The next email I received was a notification that the ticket was closed due to lack of response from me and a request to fill out a survey about my experience.
Nothing was fixed. Why was the ticket closed? Who is tracking the closed ticket now? Are they going to open it back up later to say it's fixed - if it ever is?
Very disappointed.
