WSO Pop ups

The pop up's appearing in the main forum are starting to get annoying. If my mouse goes to close to a pop up 2-3 more appear. Is their anyway to stop it from happening ? 1 pop up when first looking in is fine. When a post is closed in the forum view they come right back. Can you just put the add somewhere else or let the user shut it off ? This could drive a few more users away if they have to click them off constantly.

    For me they only seem to appear when I first log onto the forum. Once I start navigating the forum they are gone and do not reappear

      I'm always logged on since signing out use to cause problems. When I close the forum and come back that is when they appear.

    I got a popup last night on my phone and it was too big for me to scroll to find the close button. So I just went to another website because this one is becoming a dumpster fire.

    Oh, and on mobile the website keeps taking me to the top. Nothing like scrolling on and on down a long page just to be brought to the top. Did I mention dumpster fire?
