A way to prevent Private Message Spam ?

I used the search button and could not find any results. Is their a quick way to report users that spam private message boxes. Their are no flags anywhere to be found. Can this be prevented or do we need to report to a moderator or admin ? The spam was already sent to a Admin to take a look at it.

    There is a small red triangle near the top of the message, to the very right of the words "Private Message"; this can be used to report the message, although admittedly this can't actually prevent the spam.

    Thanks for the feedback though, the only way to report this is via the Report button.

    Would you mind sending me a PM re the user who sent the spam message?

      I just sent it to you as requested.

      David I was looking below the senders users name in the left side. Never noticed the right upper corner. Almost blends in completely with the black bar.

        I'm tempted to say something sarcastic about the inconsistent user interface, but I'll refrain, and just state that you are far from the being the first to simply assume that it would be in the same place as one finds it in the rest of the site. Hrmm; maybe we could get that fixed... please?

    What about a pop up like when are alerted to a new PM ! so you have a choice either click to open or decline and the decline(s) goes in delete bin..!
