Five post limit - sorry, forum won't let me respond to the comments in the other thread I started

Excuse me for being blunt, requiring 5 posts before someone can reply to a thread or even reply to a PM is just insane. Here's the suggestion (because I do not have access to the Forum Help section, which is itself a strange restriction): Remove this limit.

The reason for rules like this is to help avoid spam, one-time posters, and to encourage participation. I think this one may need rethinking, though.

I agree - and had you checked on a previous thread you started - you would have had some help.

I don't think there is a 'reason' for this - I think it was supposed to be '5 posts before you can start a new thread' and didn't get added correctly. Makes no sense that you can start a thread and then can't answer a question in your own thread.

I did see your reply but I could not reply to your reply given that I had not reached the 5 post threshold

It seems nuts Jeff but being on the forum for 10 years and seeing literally thousands and thousands and thousands of one-night / one-post stands, here to just promote something, I get it. Again, seems nuts to you. But if you saw - literally - 10,000 people do this over the past decade, you get that they helped to create the stricter regulations, to ensure that everybody here is on Warrior to engage, to share, to be generous, to respond and to simply do things from a higher energy.

Stick around, share, and once you hit that requirement, things will go even more smoothly.
