New Forum or Sub Forum Suggestion

Thanks to the Wayfair decision coming from the Supreme Court last year, there is now a patchwork of new sales tax laws emanating from States. These new laws have the potential to make online sales and affiliate life very difficult. While it is recommended that everyone seek the guidance of a tax professional (accountant and/or lawyer), it would be extremely beneficial to create a discussion forum centered around the newly emerging sales tax nexus laws. I'm sure there are many online marketers who are blissfully unaware of how the world has shifted in the last year.

    Many IMers are clueless about compliance... and the legalities of real business... This is something way off their radar.

    For most real businesses, it is not worth wasting a single minute pondering.... let alone worrying about the massive compliance headache.... for all of the jurisdictions.

    The solution is simple... sell via a platform that does all of that for you... like ClickBank. The trivial amount you'll pay them (ONLY when you sell something) will be much cheaper than attempting to do all this on your own.
