Bring back joint ventures to the homepage

Currently, you need to hover in the drop down 'forums' menu to access the Joint Ventures.

It used to be on the homepage. Right now, only Reciprocal Links are under the JV section heading and not the JV section itself.

I feel that the JV section is the most important aspect of this forum. This is where I made some great working relationships and was able to put what I learned here to good use.

It should be back on the homepage!

    The admin decided some time ago that JVs would be available only to War Room members. Until (and if) that changes, you can access the JV section via the War Room.
