This is not my original idea, however I saw it suggested by Les in another thread.

Seeing as there is an Article forum where articles go, thus not fitting on the Main forum, how about a "tutorial forum," where members could put longer OPs (articles) that are of good value to members and not promotional articles.

We have a lot of teachers here who would like to put up some of these threads but usually have them deleted or or locked, with an occasional one left running.

    I'll second that one George.
Probably more needed than some of the sub forums we already have.

      Sorry Les,

I didn't know if you would make it over this way. That's a great idea you had.

Great idea! I think it should be named after the thread "What to do if you're desperate!"
You're right, so many threads get lost or taken down. One really great one just got moved to the War Room and now a lot of new people can't see it. Although I am glad Allen didn't get rid of it! :p

This is a great idea. I only hope it does not get slamed with a bunch of MRR videos that people purchase just to post in it.

I have seen this thread you are taking about in another IM forum under same title and everything. I also got an email today from a WF member whos list I am on that copied it, created a PDF and has put it on his site for download.

Yes! I posted a similar suggestion here yesterday. It would be an invaluable feature for established and new members. A voting and catagorizing system could assure relevant & quality information floats to the top.

        My thread on topic: http://www.warriorforum.com/suggesti...g-content.html

So - I'm thinking this would be a great place to keep a list of definitive articles & posts, rank them by user votes (thumb up, thumb down gravity) and categorize/tag them for easy reference.

That way, when new folks come to the forum, they aren't faced with an insurmountable, hardly catalogued jumble of information to sort through and try to sift the crap from the gold.

I'm saying - use this community's recommendations to pan the gold for everyone's benefit. It should at least cut down on the clueless newbie posts. The system could start by taking the post thanks in to account, that's a quick way to highlight the great information here. It could extend beyond this forum to reference & rank great definitive posts around the web. (IM Redd.it?)

Just my 2 cents on what could be an awesome improvement here. Its something I've been thinking of implementing at Internet-Marketing-Review.net, but I don't currently have the community capacity to pull that off. The content and the community is here, though, I'd like to see it happen.
