Advanced Signature Options

How about giving paid option to have more signatures?

So Warriors can then choose which signature to use according to where they may be posting.

This would lead to people posting in certain sections just for the sake of having their signature shown which is not something I would think the forum wants to encourage.

I think one signature is more than enough.

I agree with both of you actually.
I've run into situations though, where signature restrictions are frustrating.
    Here is an easy example...

Say I post in the article section with some tips on mobile marketing... I might not want my WSO about web design services in the signature where I want it everywhere else, but instead a link to my mobile marketing website which is relevant for the readers of that thread/article...

Agree, although I can see wills point ref posting for the sake of it, but by limiting the number of signatures should help prevent that surely.

It could actually encourage those with a real knowledge of the niche to participate.

Don't go over board, just 2 to 3 signatures would be enough.

It's an interesting thought, but not very practical for the administrators to implement.

I doubt they're going to do anything that requires ANY programming. And it's not as simple as you think either, they have to deal with the entire vBulletin framework, and be able to update it in the future.
