I have tryed 2 times to set up the $37 Paid Subscriptions with paypal, each time i got the same error "This payment cannot be completed and your account has not been charged. Please contact your merchant for more information."
I have funds in paypal , but do not understand why im getting the error , when trying to make a payment for a Paid Subscription.
