Need Help With 'Thanking' Someone in WF...

I'm new to WF and was wondering how to 'thank' someone for responding to my posts. I checked YouTube and a video showed a 'Thanks' button that I cannot seem to locate. Older version of WF? Any help would be appreciated.

    You don't have enough posts yet - that's the problem. After you've been here a bit the "thanks" button will show up below and to the right of each post. I think it's after 5 posts but may be more now.

    its 5 posts, i had the same issue today, Thanks was not showing up, after posted 5 times it came immediately
