"Remember Me" functionallty is broken

I have to log in everyday even if I check remember me option while login.

Please fix this.

    Thanks for reporting this. We've taken a look at this issue and this should be working. The system should remember your for months.

    Make sure your browser has cookies enabled and you're not running any privacy extensions.

    Let me know if you guys are still experiencing this issue.

      I just tested this and it's still broken for me. Facebook, Gmail and other sites retain the cookie but for some reason the forum doesn't.

      I stay logged in as long as the browser is open but once it's closed I have to log in.

      The problem is happening in IE and Chrome.

    I just closed my browser and reopened it and I stayed logged in. (Hurray!)

    First time in days that's happened. Hopefully it will keep me logged in after I shut my computer down for the night and log in again tomorrow.

      What browser are you using Dennis? Is it a different one to Mark?

        I just tested all four browsers I use. Here are the results:

        - IE remembered me
        - Firefox forgot me
        - Opera forgot me
        - Can't login at all with Chrome

        With Chrome, I get the thanks for logging in page, and then it reloads the page I was on but I'm not logged in.

          Thanks for this Dennis. I'm getting the guys to take a look at what is happening with all of this.

          Could you clear all your cookies in those browsers and try again please?

            OK, clearing the cookies solved the problem in Chrome. I can log in and it remembered me after shutting down the browser and restarting.

            Firefox still does not remember me.

            Opera remembered me.

            I didn't do IE because it was already working. So, Firefox seems to be the only one that isn't remembering me once cookies were cleared.

            Edited to add: I just did Firefox again. If I don't close the tab with the Warrior Forum opened in it, then when I close the browser it remembered me. If I close the tab before closing the browser it doesn't remember me.

            Update: It seems my pronouncement that it worked fine in IE was premature. Today when I came here it showed I was logged in, but when refreshed the page to update the threads it went back to not logged in status. The only difference between today and yesterday that I can think of was that I shut my computer down for the night.
