NEEDED High level writer with real world exp in contractor, waterproofing, roofing..etc

Hello,

If you can write well and you have real world experience in things like roofing or waterproofing or home improvement, construction or most anything related to that (preferable if you know a lot about a lot of different things) I need some article writing prices.

These articles are going to be published on relevant blogs with real audiences (not junk "guest post" sites! These need to be TOP NOTCH and I am willing to pay for that. Maybe you know somebody who is in construction or was and can write...send them my way.

If you know someone and they can't write very well but can explain things...that would help too. I'm looking for maybe 10 articles a month and am willing to pay upwards of $40 EACH, but they have to be freaking awesome articles that are going to get published.

That means no generic "top 10 tips" articles that I can get for $5 somewhere else.

If you are a "general" article writer, please don't apply...I HAVE to find experts. For now, I just need to find someone and if the prospect I am talking to hires me, you are hired too! No offense to general writers, but if you don't have a bunch of real world experience in construction you can't help me.

I am an Underwater Welder and a Merchant Marine that put himself through school doing commercial and residential construction.
I now sell solar panels in Hawaii.

I can do everything to build a house, from excavating, to roofing, to plumbing, to wiring; however the wiring needs an electrician to sign off on it.

I have run nearly every power tool you can think of from a large jackhammer to a little dremel.
Anything short of a thermic lance I am qualified for, and I am looking for an excuse to qualify on that.
