TVC (parent company of Motor Club of America and TVC Pro-driver) needs internet marketing help.

TVC and its subsidiaries, including Motor Club of America, have marketed its products for decades using direct, face-to-face sales techniques, including door-to-door and through booths at truck stops. We primarily provide membership plans that cover roadside assistance and legal defense against traffic tickets. Our online presence was designed to support this in-person sales model (see tvcmatrix.com), primarily serving as a backoffice order entry system for our commissioned sales associates to enter their paper orders.

Over the last 18 months or so, the motor club product has been taken up by online marketers to the point that online is now the primary sales channel for the MCA products. We need one or more warriors to help us in several areas of internet marketing.

(Very High Priority): We have more than 1000 new associates sign up to sell every week. We need help developing a “getting started” packet to distribute to our new associates. Helping them get from zero to one sale is the biggest hurdle. This should include the mechanics of selling online as well as a few simple techniques such as email and facebook targeting their social circle. We'd like to release a preliminary version of this immediately and then work on updating and polishing it.
Develop and launch tvcmarketing.com as an associate training site/blog, preferably wordpress. This will involve developing online training material for product knowledge, commission plans, online sales and direct sales. Much of this information exists in paper or PDF format, but it needs to be converted into a presentable and easily digested online format.
Periodically post blog updates with new marketing techniques, highlighting successful associates and other relevant associate-focused information.
Develop a new dedicated MCA site and a new Prodriver site, dedicated to those product lines and optimized for online conversions. These would be the new landing pages for affiliate links used by our associates.
Establish and monitor social media channels dedicated to our associates.
General advice regarding our online branding and marketing strategies and better ways to support our associates.

We are interested in Warriors who can help with all or part of this project. Compensation is negotiable.

We also welcome inquiries from warriors interested in selling our products, whether through our existing models or through custom plans or joint ventures.
