inome insights is a web-based tool that takes your customer list and builds a demographic profile for each of those customers. It then allows you to explore and segment your customer list by key demographic attributes, including
There's currently an open beta that supports lists as either Excel or CSV files. If you're interested, you can sign up for the beta here: http://insights.inome.com If you manage your lists using either AWeber or MailChimp, we have a closed beta that I'll be happy to add you to. Just sign up on the site above and PM me with your email address and your ESP (AWeber or MailChimp). I'll update your account and shoot you an email when it's ready. Note that your list needs to have at least a couple of hundred subscribers and be mostly from the U.S. for the results to be interesting. Feel free to post feedback and comments in this thread, or PM me directly if you prefer. Thanks! |

A couple of people have asked for a screen shot. Here are a couple of the main dashboard. There are a bunch of charts to help you understand the demographic breakdown of your customers, and filters to pare the list down to, say, married men over 45. When you create an account, we'll prepopulate a sample list so you can play with the app before you upload your own customers. Thanks again for everyone who's signed up and provided feedback. This is a brand new product, so your input means a lot. |

First of all, thanks for the beta acces granted. Got a tiny "dormant" list, on a very concurred niche, with no friggin' idea of what use could I make of... just names & email addresses, that's it! And then comes this offer, and developer takes list and process it for sparse data... Now I got some ideas about how to better juice this list Thanks, Inome Insights! (Other insights will not be shared on this review, I know readers will understand...) |
