Be careful when using InterSpire if you want to send a lot of email. It's not fast to import contacts, it's pretty slow to spend them unless you're spending hundreds of dollars on a plugin to multi-thread it.

However, if you want to go ahead then PM me I can recommend someone who can do you a proper setup pretty cheap.

Drop me a PM if you need a proper self hosted setup with managed reputation and IP's vs a setup that will result in 1 or 2 good email blasts and then it won't inbox at all.
