We need 2 Bookkeepers familiar with Freshbooks, Quickbooks Pro (online), Wave, Harvest and Zero.

Applicants need to be US-Based, primary purposes:
-bookkeeping include tax purposes
-Reconcile monthly accounts
-provide financial reports of business accounts
-Data entry for more than 7 years.


Bookkeeper need to be able to setup our company and work with our CPA in California, we have many bank statements, credit cards statements, loans etc., that need to be entered in to the ledger. On going for role now or if successful to look after our accounts.

Requirements*
- Experienced only** with Freshbooks, Xero, Wave or Harvest bookkeeping accounts. You need to have full familiarity with any of these bookkeeping accounts. You need have an account and done prior invoicing/bookkeeping in the last 6 months. Due to the large backlogged bookkeeping (from a prior inexperienced freelancer) due to prior set backs, you will be instructed to login to your bookkeeping account or create an access, your work will be inspected/vetted by a professional bookkeeper before you are hired.
-You need to be located in the US (For Tax preparation purposes).
-You need to be able to communicate via Skype or by phone.

Pay: Negotiable.

We are looking for a accountant or bookkeeper/personal business bookkeeper/freelancer with experienced in those accounts, you do not need experienced in wholesales/distributions industries just have relevant experience.

Only 10-15 hours per week required however must have accurate work. More work is available.
