Need eBook ghostwriter for several projects

I need a ghostwriter to write eBooks in English for Kindle publication. I will send each candidate some guidelines to write a short 2,000 word piece. I'll review them and the best one gets the job: 2-4 books per month.

Niches: self-help and romance/erotica (you can do only one of those if you prefer)
Length: 20,000 words
Platform: Amazon Kindle

I will provide writer with an outline of about 20 chapter titles, as well as main points for each chapter.

Here's what I need from you:
Rate for one 20,000 word eBook.
Estimated completion time.
Work samples (any genre).

I become exceptionally wary when someone posts a job along the following lines;

"I will send each candidate some guidelines to write a short 2,000 word piece. I'll review them and the best one gets the job".

Sounds like just baiting your hard work on the premise that "you were unsuccessful". Why not just ask for copies of previous work?

Just my 5 cents worth, and I could of course be quite wrong but unfortunately, have been bitten in the past and now am very shy.
